In accordance with international consumer protection directives (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 1 Chapter 2), customized merchandise manufactured to customer-specified bespoke configurations (such as personalized player names, numbers, club badges, and custom sublimated patterns) is strictly exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal / returns once manufacturing has commenced.
Defect & Quality Guarantee:
If your order suffers from a verifiable factory manufacturing defect (e.g., misspelled name deviating from the submitted roster sheet, stitching unraveling, or sizing deviating by more than 1.5 cm from the official FIFA/ICC chart), MakeMyJersey.com will immediately reprint and express dispatch replacement kits free of charge.
1. Sublimation Manufacturing SLAs
Standard production turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. Customers selecting the 72-Hour Rapid Priority Pipeline will have their roll-to-roll sublimation cut-and-sew queue expedited. Delivery times through DHL Express and FedEx International Priority are estimated between 3 to 5 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
2. Customer Intellectual Property Warranty
By uploading team badges, corporate sponsor graphics, or trademarked emblems to the 3D Configurator, the customer explicitly warrants that they possess full legal rights, licensing, or authorization from the trademark owner to reproduce the graphics for sports uniform sublimation. MakeMyJersey.com reserves the right to reject orders infringing upon registered international trademarks.
3. European Union IOSS & International VAT
For deliveries into the European Union and the United Kingdom, value-added taxes (VAT) are calculated dynamically at checkout and pre-cleared via the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) framework, ensuring zero unexpected customs clearance charges upon delivery.
4. The Club Locker Room™ Split Payments
In team locker rooms, individual players pay for their respective personalized jerseys. Production begins once the team manager triggers order batching or the quorum deadline is reached. Any unfilled slots may be adjusted before the final manufacturing file is locked.
